Group Coaching Sessions

 

Each month the Inner Circle meet for an intensive full day’s group coaching session on one of the 12 fundamental key areas of business. During each powerful session, Mark Chatterton & Craig Wilkinson coach you through specific workbooks that will form part of your overhaul Business Bible. You will also be set monthly action tasks to complete throughout the month.

 

 

 

1-2-1 Phone Coaching Sessions

 

2 weeks after the Group Coaching Sessions our members receive a 1-2-1 phone coaching / accountability session with Mark Chatterton. Mark will continue to coach them through that key area of business or on specific areas of business they may have a challenge in. He also keeps members accountable for making sure they complete their workbooks and action tasks.

At the start of their coaching programme our Inner Circle members are presented with an empty Business Bible. During each of the 12 months coaching sessions our members are presented with a specific workbook. Over the 12 months these workbooks get added to the Business Bible to form the ultimate business success blueprint.

 

 

 

Personal Coaching Record

 

Access will be provided to an online coaching record that our Inner Circle members keep updated on a monthly basis. This is where members log their progress, challenges and wins over the course of the 12-month coaching programme. Their coaching record is then accessed by Mark Chatterton each month so he can prepare for their 1-2-1 coaching call.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WhatsApp Group

 

Our Inner Circle members will be added into a secret WhatsApp group. This group will only include our 10 members and Mark Chatterton. The group is used on a weekly basis for members and Mark to communicate, ask for help, share & brainstorming ideas and updating fellow members on each other’s progress throughout the month.
